These terms cover www.hlclandscapes.com, the price ranges it gives, the lawn care you start here, and the text messages we send. The site is run by HLC Landscapes, LLC.
Price ranges
A price range on this site is worked out from your lot’s size in the county’s public property records and your answers about the yard. It’s an estimate, not a final price.
Our crew checks the yard at the first visit, and then we tell you your exact monthly price. It’s never above the top of your range unless you say yes. Steep yards, very large lots and towns outside our usual area aren’t priced on the site: we price them after a look.
Starting service
Starting service on this site takes no card and charges nothing. It puts you on our list, and we get in touch to schedule your first visit.
Your plan
A plan is one monthly price for year-round care. What it includes in each season is on our plans and prices page. Visit days can move with the weather and the season.
Paying
Your plan’s monthly price, and any add-on work done in a month, are billed as our plans and prices page describes. We confirm how you pay when we confirm your exact price.
Visit days
Please make sure the crew can reach the yard on your visit day: gates unlocked and pets inside. If we can’t get in, or the weather stops us, we’ll be in touch about another day.
Changing or stopping service

Text messages
If you tick the box to get texts about your service, HLC Landscapes texts you about it: your visit day, when the crew is on the way, and receipts. Usually about 4 to 8 texts a month.
Seasonal offers by text, like mulch in the spring, are a separate choice with their own box: up to 4 a month, and only if you ticked it.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help, at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
