We look up your lot size from county records and show you a monthly range. Michael, the owner, confirms the exact price at your first visit.

The year-round plan

What moves your price within the range
Your first visit settles it. The crew checks the yard, and the price only goes above your range if you say yes.

Rate card

Extras you can add to your plan, one-off jobs and new installs. A starting price is the smallest version of that job; bigger jobs are quoted before we start.

New work is priced after Michael walks the yard. These are where projects start.

Starting prices are for the smallest version of each job. Anything bigger gets a price from Michael before any work starts, and nothing is added to your bill without your say-so.
Hourly work and materials
Anything without a set price, by the hour.
Work like weeding, mulch and brush is charged for the time it takes, plus materials. For customers on a plan it goes on the next monthly bill.
Our rate
$65 an hour
per crew, in 15-minute steps, 1-hour minimum

- Pine straw$8 a bale
- For bed and mulch jobs, Michael gives you a price from photos of the beds before we start.
- Add-ons done in a month go on the next month’s bill, with your plan.
Not on a plan?
One-off jobs, like a cleanup before you sell or company comes, are priced from the same rate card and billed when the job’s done.
