What HLC Landscapes, LLC collects on www.hlclandscapes.com, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you look up a price range: the street address you type, your lot’s size and parcel from the county’s public property records, your answers about the yard, and any photos of it you add.
When you start service or ask for a price: your name, mobile number, email address and any note for the crew, and which text-message boxes you ticked, with the words you agreed to and when.
How we use it
To give you a price range, schedule and look after your yard, get in touch about your service, send the texts and emails you asked for, and bill you.
Your photos
Photos you add are stored privately, never on a public page, and used only to price your yard.
Who we share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your agreement to receive texts, and the number you gave, are never shared with anyone else, except the companies that send our texts, and only to send them.
We never sell your information. The companies that run parts of the service for us (hosting this site and its records, and sending email and text messages) handle it only to do that work. To find your lot, the address you type is looked up in the State of Arkansas’s public property records service (gis.arkansas.gov).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. While you work out a price range, your address, answers, photos and range are kept in this browser tab, so a reload doesn’t lose them; they’re gone when you close the tab. Like every website, its host keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, call (501) 450-0585 or email office@hlclandscapes.net.
