A year-round plan keeps the lawn sharp, every week of the season. Everything else a yard needs, from beds to patios, the crew does too.
Year-round lawn plan
Mow, edge, trim and blow off every week from April to October, then every two weeks through winter.
Lawn care
Fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding, so the grass comes in thick and green.
Beds and plants
Beds weeded, edged and mulched or pine-strawed, hedges shaped, and seasonal color planted.
Trees
Small trees pruned and thinned, low limbs and brush cut back and hauled off.
Cleanups
Spring and fall cleanups, leaves, storm debris and gutters, all hauled away.
Landscaping and installs
Design and planting, patios and walkways, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation and lighting.

What people ask before they sign up.
How do you set my price?
By the size of your lot. We look it up from county records and show a monthly range for your yard. Michael confirms the exact price at your first visit, and nothing changes without your say-so.
What does the plan include?
A visit every week from April through October: mow, edge, trim and blow off. From November through March the crew comes every two weeks: leaves off the lawn and beds in the fall, then beds, sticks and the first cuts as the grass wakes up. One monthly price all year.
How do I pay?
Autopay on the 1st of each month, from your bank or a card. Any extra work done in a month goes on the next month’s bill with your plan, so there’s one bill a month.
Do you come to my town?
We mow in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Conway, Mayflower, Benton, Bryant, Alexander, Bigelow, Houston and Perryville. Close by but not on the list? Call and ask.
Will I know when you’ve been?
Yes. You get a text when the crew’s headed your way, and another with a photo when your yard’s done.
What else do you do?
Just about everything a yard needs: lawn treatments, aeration, beds and mulch, shrubs and small trees, cleanups, and new work like patios, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation and lighting. Every service and its starting price is on the services page.
What about trimming, beds and mulch?
One-off jobs start at the prices on our rate card. Work without a set price, like weeding and mulch, is charged by the hour at our set rate, plus materials. For bed and mulch jobs, Michael gives you a price from photos of the beds before we start.
